A Body In Balance Pilates Studio

I love going to this studio. It is a warm, friendly place where I always get a friendly greeting and a great deal of personal attention. The owner, Matt, is the nicest person, and Debbie, his administrator, makes me feel welcome. Galina, my instructor, is the most professional, attentive, and caring person, and sessions with her make me feel strong and healthy. I highly recommend this wonderful studio.

Awesome owner. Awesome classes. Entire staff is excellent. Smaller class sizes and not pretentious like some Pilates studios. Wish they had more weekend classes or later evening classes.
